The problem is the following:

• 65% of the waste discharged on our globe are plastic materials and end-of-life tires, all of which are derivatives of hydrocarbons.
• This waste is in the 196 countries of the planet and not only in the 25 or 26 so-called developed countries.
• A cubic meter of this waste as it is weighs 90 Kg, but crushed, the same cubic meter weighs 900 Kg. We are therefore not going to transport this waste on the planet, it will have to be treated globally on site in the 196 known states nowadays.
• The technology of integral recycling of this waste is perfectly mastered by us, by assembling high quality materials, marketed by a few different companies, established on the 5 continents.
• To process the hydrocarbon-derived waste discharged each year, 15,000 plants will be needed with an average annual unit capacity of 15,000 tonnes.
• However, today there are only 128 factories of this type.

Why ?

• Because until January 1, 2021, Asian countries and China in particular bought our hydrocarbon waste from us, no one had the slightest financial interest in investing to treat this waste!
• Today's hydrocarbon waste accumulation situation is therefore extremely acute, essentially for this historical financial reason.
• Furthermore and because it is highly unlikely that a few multinationals will invest in 15,000 factories in the 196 countries of the world, to launch the process
• ValoWorld® has decided to create a Global Franchise
• ValoWorld® is the franchisor who will assist its local Eco Partners, provide equipment, set up financing, provide training and assist these producers in marketing the finished products they will obtain. The ValoWorld® approach is unique and well perceived by more and more managers from all countries.
• The finished products are 50% light oil and 20% combustible gases, immediately usable to create energy locally and 30% "recovered Carbon Black", ie. 35% of which is new tires, 99% of printer and photocopier cartridges.
